Powersfield guest accommodation and catering school is located just outside Dungarvan, Co. Waterford.
 Eunice Power, the promoter, an award winning chief, started doing some catering for various events including bridal parties, garden parties, funerals etc. This was proving very popular and coupled with the lack of competition in the area and growing demand it emerged that there was a major niche in the market. However, Eunice required larger refrigeration space to prepare for catering functions so that food could be organised in advance and stored safely until needed. In order to accommodate a larger cool room, work needed to be completed on the kitchen to take this new refrigeration unit. In 2006 WLP provided financial assistance to carry out adaptation work and install the refrigerator. This new investment has allowed Eunice to expand her business significantly. She has recently written a cookery book for Waterford Stanley, and now teaches cookery at her home and guesthouse in Dungarvan.
