Baldwin ’s Farmhouse Ice-Cream is just one example. This new business was established recently by Thomas Baldwin from Knockanore, Co-Waterford on the dairy farm where Thomas farms in partnership with his parents John & Maria. Fresh milk and cream are used from their dairy herd and combined with the finest local natural ingredients to create a delicious home-made farm-house ice-cream.
Baldwin ’s offer a large range of ice-creams and sorbets, with flavours such as baileys, caramel fudge and honeycomb proving to be very popular.
