Dungarvan Sailing Club recently hosted a round of the European Speed Winsurfing and Kitesurfing Championship in Dungarvan Bay. The Event was very professionally organised and run by Mr. Oliver Clancy and Mr. Waldron on behalf of the Sailing Club, with the event being assisted in part under the RDP LEADER Programme operated by Waterford LEADER Partnership Ltd on behalf of the Dept. of Community, Rural & Gaeltacht Affairs.
This project dovetails with the company’s strategy to enhance the usage of the County’s tremendous coastal and river resources for sailing, watersports and sport fishing.
