This project received funding under the Rural Development Programme as administered by Waterford Leader Partnership Ltd under the Business Creation & Development measure. The promoters set up a small food production unit initially to produce a frozen cookie dough for the restuarant and retail sector. Waterford Leader Partnership Ltd grantaided the purchase of equipment necessary for producing the dough.
