Waterford Leader Partnership Ltd supported this project under the Encouragement of Tourism Activites Measure of the Rural Development Programme as part of its strategy to promote tourism activities within the County. WLP Ltd part funded the purchase of a new sight seeing boat to ferry tourists up and down the Blackwater River.
