LEADER + is an EU Community Initiative aimed at promoting innovation in rural areas through local integrated development and transnational co-operation.

This Programme, which covers the period 2000-06, has now been exhausted and there will be no further grant allocations until the new Leader Programme. We welcome all enquiries for the new National Development Programme.
