Evaluation Committee

The Evaluation Committee

This Committee is made up of outsiders, i.e. non Board Members, who are appointed by the Board on an Annual Basis to assess all projects on the Board's behalf against the various criteria set down by:

  • The Board & Committee of WLP Ltd
  • The Rules and Criteria of the relevant Programme.

 

The Evaluation Committee make a recommendation to the full Board, who then has to either, agree, adjust, reject or refer back the recommendation.

The reason for the separate Evaluation Committee is to provide a separation of powers, so that members on a Committee, who recommend a project to the Board, will not be on the Board promoting their own recommendation.
