The Ardmore Cliff Walk offers natural beauty and historical significance, making it an exceptional walk for visitors and locals alike. This scenic looped trail provides panoramic views of the sea, showcasing dramatic cliffs and serene beaches. 

Along the route, walkers can explore key historical sites, including St. Declan’s Well and Oratory, the ancient Ardmore Round Tower, and the ruins of a historic watchtower, each narrating a part of Ardmore’s rich heritage. A notable feature is the wreck of the Samson crane barge, which ran aground in the late 1980s, adding a unique element to the landscape. 

The trail is also a haven for wildlife enthusiasts, offering opportunities to observe seabirds like guillemots and razorbills, and the chance to spot whales and dolphins.Located in the village of Ardmore, the walk is easily accessible, with ample parking and nearby amenities such as shops, cafes, and restaurants.
