Dunmore East Adventure Centre is a premier outdoor activity centre located in the picturesque harbour of Dunmore East, County Waterford. Established over 20 years ago by Karen Harris, Gavin Sweeney, and Rupert Musgrave, the centre initially offered activities such as kayaking, canoeing, archery, and windsurfing. Today, it has grown to provide one of the most extensive offerings in Ireland, including the infamous Wibit Wipeout Aquapark, sea safari boat tours, sailing, climbing, caving, and much more.
The centre has been recognised for its excellence, being voted the best school tour and best summer camp experience in Munster. It employs five full-time and over 25 part-time seasonal instructors, showcasing its significant contribution to local employment and tourism.
